Yes, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. This request needs to be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us. Customer need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.

If the size of the order delivered is not per your request, or if you require a size change, please contact customer support on xxxxxxxxxx or write to customercare@nikijewels.com. Some charges might apply if the gold or diamond content increases due to the size change. Shipping costs for size change will be borne by Niki Jewels, as a complimentary service.

All our jewelry products are made in 18kt hallmarked gold and VVS-VS and H-I color diamonds. For individual solitaire pieces, alternate quality will be indicated in the product description. If you desire a given design in different clarity or color, please reach out to us directly.
