Exchange Policy: Exchange or upgrade your diamond jewelry anytime. You may purchase a new Niki Jewels piece and receive a deduction equivalent to the calculated exchange amount.
- Gold: 100% of the value of the metal at the prevailing metal rate as per the company's standard practice.
- Diamond: 100% of the prevailing market rate as per the company's standard practice.
- In case of any discount given at the time of purchase, the same amount will be deducted from the calculated exchange amount.
Buyback Policy: Sell your diamond jewelry back to us. You may return your original Niki Jewels piece and receive a refund of the calculated amount
- Gold: 100% of the value of the metal at the prevailing metal rate as per the company's standard practice.
- Diamond: 75% of the prevailing market rate as per the company's standard practice.
- In case of any discount given at the time of purchase, the same amount will be deducted from the calculated buyback amount.
- Not applicable on international orders.
